Not feeling the fit or the graphic? You can return eligible Neopulsewear items within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is on us. Here is how it works.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns apply to orders delivered within the United States.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition and original packaging, with all tags attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards and digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

Approval Is Required

Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

How to Return an Item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Receive your return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
4. Pack the items securely and ship them back using the label.
5. We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
6. We issue your refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will provide a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution at no cost to you.

If your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. There is no cancellation fee, and approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.

US Orders Only

Neopulsewear sells and ships only within the United States, so this policy applies to orders delivered to US addresses. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
