What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, a "sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites.

What We Share and With Whom

When you browse our site, Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies may collect internet activity such as pages viewed, device and browser information, and interactions with our site. This may be considered "sharing" with:

• Google Ads (advertising)
• Google Analytics (analytics)

We do not share your name, email address, postal address or payment information for advertising purposes.

Service Providers

We also use service providers that process information only to run our store on our behalf, such as PayPal for payments, shipping carriers for delivery and our email provider for order messages. Disclosures to these service providers are not a sale or sharing of your personal information.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in either of these ways:

You do not need an account, and we do not require identity verification for opt-out requests. We will only decline a request if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and if so we will tell you why.

Processing Time

We process opt-out requests within 15 business days of receiving them. We will also notify the third parties that received your personal information through sharing of your choice.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our site does not currently detect or respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. To opt out, please use the email or form method described above.

After You Opt Out

Once you opt out, we will not ask you to opt back in to the sale or sharing of your personal information for at least 12 months.

Consumers Under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior consent. Consumers aged 13 to 15 must opt in themselves, and children under 13 require consent from a parent or guardian. Our site is not directed to children.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" option is not needed.

Your Other Privacy Rights

You also have the right to know, access, delete and correct your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend this by another 45 days if needed, with notice to you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within 60 days. If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you products, charge you different prices or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
